My stay at the hotel was great! The location is superb, right next to a top shopping center. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially at breakfast. The dining experience was outstanding, with special thanks to the guy who made the eggs in the morning. However, the room setup was a bit unconventional with a king bed made up of two single beds. Despite this, it allowed me to do some laundry, which was convenient.

The hotel is in a prime location near La Gran Via mall, offering easy access to restaurants and a safe environment. The rooms are spacious and come with a king bed and a pull-out couch, along with breakfast included. The service ranges from slightly uncomfortable situations to very friendly and welcoming staff. While the dining could use more flexibility in timing, the spread is decent. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
